State agency worker:

Review your agency’s rules and policies on the appropriate use of personal information.

Facebook, Google+, Twitter, and other social media users:

Be smart about using social networks by learning about the privacy. There is a lot of helpful information at Privacy Rights Clearinghouse.

Senior executive or manager:

Evaluate and improve your business’s or agency’s privacy program and practices. For example, see the Generally Accepted Privacy Principles from the American Institute of CPAs.
